The twinkling stars,
Shone above me,
Reflecting my glory,
Dimming my consciousness,
Banishes my sadness,
Adds my awe,
Impresses me with their glory.

The bright round moon,
Shimmers the sea,
Silvery fingers,
Touches Mother Nature,
Inspiring ambience,
A fantasy within reality.

Clouds of grey,
Hanging lazily above the sky,
Silhouetting trees and such,
Perfecting the scene,
Yet carries woe,
As it began to cry,
Shedding drops of tears from sky.

I watched as it splatters against my window,
Stirring something within me,
Invoking a sense of peace and serenity,
As I watch those raindrops fall...
